General provisions

These conditions are valid exclusively between the company SYSTEM – PHARMA s.r.l., with registered office in Via San Pietro, 55 – 21047 Saronno (VA), P.IVA 03311900124, hereinafter referred to as ”SYSTEM – PHARMA” and any person who makes online purchases on the website hereinafter referred to as ”CUSTOMER”. These conditions may be subject to changes and the date of publication of the same on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force. These conditions govern purchases made on, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree. n. 21/2014 and by Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

ARTICLE 1 – Object of the contract

By these general conditions of sale, SYSTEM – PHARMA sells and the CUSTOMER purchases at a distance the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale at The contract is concluded exclusively through the Internet, by means of the CUSTOMER accessing and placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the website itself. The customer undertakes to read, before proceeding to the confirmation of his order, these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by SYSTEM – PHARMA and to accept them by placing a flag in the box indicated. In the order confirmation e-mail, the CUSTOMER will also receive the link to download and archive a copy of these general conditions of sale, as required by art. 51 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

ARTICLE 2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005

Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER examines the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of the CUSTOMER’s choice. Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order with “payment obligation”, the CUSTOMER is informed about:

  • total price of goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;
  • terms of payment;
  • The deadline by which SYSTEM – PHARMA undertakes to deliver the goods;
  • conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 6 of these conditions) as well as the model withdrawal form referred to in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;
  • information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal;
  • existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for the purchased goods;
  • Conditions of after-sales service and commercial guarantees provided by SYSTEM – PHARMA.

ARTICLE 3 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract

The contract of sale is considered concluded with the sending by SYSTEM – PHARMA to the CUSTOMER of an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail contains the CUSTOMER data and the order number, the price of the purchased goods, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent and the link to be able to print and archive the copy of the present conditions. The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal data contained therein and promptly notify SYSTEM – PHARMA of any corrections. SYSTEM – PHARMA strives to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may emerge. In addition, photographs of the products presented on do not constitute a contractual element, as they are representative only. SYSTEM – PHARMA undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days starting from the sending by SYSTEM – PHARMA of the order confirmation e-mail to the CUSTOMER.

ARTICLE 4 – Availability of products

The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before confirming the order. Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail sent by SYSTEM – PHARMA, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected with the elimination of the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed via e-mail. If the CUSTOMER requests cancellation of the order, terminating the contract, SYSTEM – PHARMA will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day SYSTEM – PHARMA became aware of the customer’s decision to terminate the contract.

ARTICLE 5 – Methods of payment

Any payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made by Paypal, credit card or cash on delivery. In case of payment by Paypal or credit card, the actual charge will be made when SYSTEM – PHARMA sends the order confirmation e-mail. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the cost of € 5.00 will be charged to the CUSTOMER. The communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the CUSTOMER when this is done take place on special protected lines.

ARTICLE 6 – Prices

All sales prices of products shown on are in Euros and include VAT, and where applicable, the WEEE contribution. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before payment is made. The CUSTOMER accepts the right of SYSTEM – PHARMA to change its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of order creation and indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by SYSTEM – PHARMA to the CUSTOMER. In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error that may result in a substantial change, not foreseen by SYSTEM – PHARMA, in the sale price to the public, making it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days from the day of cancellation.

ARTICLE 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. ARTICLE 8 – Shipping


The standard shipping cost is 6 €.
Shipping will be free for orders over € 50 or in case of promotional codes that include it.


The shipment will be entrusted to the GLS courier who will deliver the goods to the address specified in the “SHIPPING ADDRESS” fields when completing the order.
GLS will attempt delivery up to 2 times, after which it will go into storage (any storage costs will be charged to the customer).
Upon collection by the courier, the customer will receive an e-mail with a link to their reserved area of the site, where they can check the status of their order. There you will find the GLS tracking code, to be entered on the website, in order to check the status of your delivery.


The times of order fulfillment and delivery to the courier can vary from 12 to 48 hours.
Express delivery with GLS takes place in 1-3 working days, the islands may have longer delivery times.
